Delivery

1. Delivery cycle takes about 3-5 working days upon confirming your order.

3. Free delivery on qualifying orders is only applicable to purchases that are made in a single invoice, to single address in one trip, unless otherwise stated. In the event that a single order has to be split into various delivery dates/locations/timings due to special requests and/or selection of delivery dates within the stated delivery lead-time period, additional logistics charges will apply at the discretion of i-Logic Concepts Pte. Ltd., or at the discretion of any of our affiliated sellers and fulfilment agents that will be delivering your order. Handling fee of $5 will be charged for cancelled orders.

4. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time-slot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified the soonest possible. i-Logic Concepts Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the delivery timings or to substitute the original item to a similar product of higher or equal value should such circumstances arise.

5.To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. If the delivery crew is unable to send the goods or requested services to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. If the process is deemed hazardous, (e.g furniture or infrastructure prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway), In the event that delivery is deemed unfeasible, i-Logic Concepts Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the delivery. Upon cancellation, a refund of any of your prior payments for that delivery will be made by cheque within two weeks from the initial delivery date.

6. Most of our products are delivered directly from the manufacturers’ factories to reduce our overheads, so that we may pass on these cash savings to you with lower prices. If you have ordered more than one item, you may receive the items separately, and at different delivery times, though in most cases, we will arrange for all the items to be delivered in one truck. Should the items be delivered separately, you will be informed in advance.

7.  We do not deliver to areas that are remote or that required security Pass/ Clearance, safety briefing or donning of safety gears. Please contact our friendly customer service if you required delivery to these places. There may be extra charges imposed by the courier companies. We will make adequate arrangements for your items to be delivered upon agreeing on the extra cost incurred if any. Kindly understand that an alternative delivery address is required if we are unable to access to your original requested address.

Payments

Payment for all orders sold on the iLG.sg website can be made online with a credit/debit card via a third-party website. We accept major credit cards (Master & Visa) and PayPal. Payment terms are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) only. No foreign currencies will be accepted.

Please be aware that we do not store your credit card information. The secured processing of the payment is processed by PayPal.

Upon successful placement of order, you will receive an order acknowledgement via e-mail. You will receive a copy of the invoice upon successful payment & stock confirmation check. You will be required to endorse on the delivery order after merchandise has been received in good condition.

The product pricing shown on our site is subjected to 7% GST.  All prices of renovation and promotion packages are subject to 7% GST.

Warranties

Certain products have their own warranties, please refer to their individual product pack.

In addition, all our products come with a 30 days warranty against manufacturing defects, iLG, will, at our option, repair, replace, or issue a refund for such device. This warranty, which does not cover damage to a product resulting from accident or misuse, negligence and wear and tear. During an event where a defect occurs, kindly email us, quoting your order reference number, our servicing team will be in touch with you within 3 working days.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation of order should be done via email to sales@ilg.sg at least 48 hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Cancellation is not allowed for customised items after confirmation of order.

Changing of Items

Any changes to items in the order should be done via email to sales@ilg.sg at least 48 hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Orders of customised items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.

Right to Reject an Order

iLG.sg reserve the right to reject any online order that is due to data entry error or for any other reason without liability or compensation to the customers. This includes all cases of “zero” priced items.

Mailing Info

Please ensure your shipping address and your phone number is fully completed in English. The phone number will be used by our customer service to contact you, in case we have problems delivering your orders.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and while we will do our best to accommodate all reasonable return requests, we reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.

iLG.sg does not provide direct/immediate exchange of returned products. Instead, upon the successful return and acceptance of your returned product, Store Credits will be issued to you via Your Store Account for you to make any new orders on iLG.sg. Note that Store Credits issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping costs that was included.

Unless otherwise indicated by iLG.sg in writing, customers are responsible for any cost of sending their return product back to iLG.sg for assessment.

Items should be returned unused, and with any brand tags still attached. All our products come with a 1 month warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding misuse, negligence and wear and tear. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s expense) and the request for return refused.

Please note that request for returns made after 3 days upon receipt of products will only be granted at our discretion. Please seek to send items within 14 days of the date of iLG.sg’s official acceptance of your request for return. Products sent to us outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of iLG.sg

However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Law, in no event shall i-Logic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages or losses of any kind in any manner in connection with or arising out of this terms, the site, services or content, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or opportunity, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses. In the event that applicable Law does not allow the exclusion of warranties stated herein or the limitation of liability stated herein, then users expressly agree that in no event will i-Logic liability for any claim or damages hereunder exceed the amount paid by the relevant user to i-Logic in respect of any product or service being the subject of that user’s claim.
